Helm Purchasing Manager™

Ever wonder how many fan belts you have at the warehouse or if that same fan belt is located on another vessel? Wouldn’t it be nice if an order was automatically created if you were low on fan belts? With Helm Purchasing Manager™, this type of information is at your fingertips. The Inventory module can be tied directly to your Helm Maintenance Manager™ module in order to deplete inventory automatically when parts are used in work orders. If inventory goes below a pre-set minimum level, then Helm will automatically create a purchase order. Simple.
