When we started our company in 1999, we provided an innovative way to help tugboat operators organize their operations and regain control of their time with TugAssist, our first marine operations system. HELM is the latest version of our marine operations software and designed to fit a wide variety of commercial marine transportation companies.
Since many of our staff have forestry backgrounds, and some of our customers also tow products for the forest industry, it was a logical transition for Edoc to move into that area. Many of the same principles that we apply to our marine software also transfer nicely into forestry. We look to keep things simple for the user, automate the complexities of operations, and significantly improve overall efficiency.
